Emanuel County Pre-K, the Georgia Lottery Pre-K Program administered by the Emanuel County Board of Education is funded to serve 200 four-year olds.  Early childhood education services are provided in Swainsboro (8 classrooms) and Twin City (2 classrooms).  Each class, serving a maximum of twenty students, is supervised by a teacher certified in Early Childhood Education and a paraprofessional.
