Pre-k

Pre-K Registration is now OPEN!

Due to the school closing, the completed application and appropriate documents must be emailed to jsimmons@emanuel.k12.ga.us.  They will be numbered according to the time and date stamp on the email.

The following items must be recieved before a student can be put in a class in Pre-K (Please return by April 30):

Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Social Security Card or signed waiver
Proof of Residency (can be any of the following)

• Electric Bill
• Water Bill
• Tag Receipt
• Lease Agreement
• Rent Receipt

Copy of Insurance Card

 

We need the following items before school starts:

Form 3231 - Immunization Record

Dorm 3300 - Eye, Ear, Dental and Health Record
